Marine Celestia

So, after 3 hours of: I like this, no that's stupid. MY LAYERS! How did I mess that up? I finally got an idea to custom Celestia into a marine pony. She doesn't have a mermaids tail because well I don't know. WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM ME?!?!?! The idea surely didn't reach my thought process at the time.
